Scoring avg not hc to start year
Instead of the weighted average in first week being your season ending handicap it should be based on scoring average
Why: It's a better at measure of how you played the year prior
Today: Start off with scoring average not handicap for the weighted average
Proposed: Start off the scoring average
Confirm HC Establshement for Sub / New Member
Confirm HC for specific side is only established after a round has been played on that side (for subs and new members)
Why: Confirm
.5 always rounds up
When a score or average lands on .5, we should always round up. Currently it uses bankers math which round to even so someone with 42.5 avg will round to 42 and someone with 43.5 will round to 44, effectively make a 1 stoke difference 2 strokes
